I am pretty normal in the fact that I love bread, particular if I am having salad or soup or anything with a sauce. The problem is the effect that bread has on my blood sugar, especially white bread which has little or no health benefits too. These breadsticks are the perfect choice for anyone that is worried about the GL of food like I am.
Made with spelt flour they are easier to digest and packed full of lovely seeds ups the protein as well as the vitamins and minerals in these little bits of bread. If you are having lunch then try and have just one or at  a push 2 and you will keep your blood sugar nicely under control.
I am going to get straight on with the recipe and have to apologise for the shortness of the post but I am having a really hectic day, I just wanted to get this out today.
