Marathon Training 14th February 2016

I had a lovely lie in this morning and then instead of practicing yoga I had a relaxing morning meditating and reading.

I am going to football today so I need to conserve my energy, not just to support Arsenal but also to deal with sitting out in the cold for 2 hours.

It was one of the best games in ages but left me with a very hoarse voice and actually very energised. I am going to be working in the evening and needed to stick my eating in around everything.

Breakfast - Soya Latte & Croissant

Even though I had football I still wanted to stick to my usual Sunday treat.

Lunch - Roast

When we got back from football my mum put our Sunday roast on so that we could eat as soon as possible after.

Evening Snack - Rice Cakes & Nut Butter

I needed up not eating Sunday lunch until about 3:30 in the afternoon and then I was working from 7-8pm and needed to leave at 6. I did not eat between and got back at 8:40pm and had to have something to eat before bed.

I took the evening to read which made me feel so tired and meant I missed my evening yoga session so just got straight into bed and went to sleep.
