You might have noticed that the blog is looking a bit different today. It is all very exciting but I have had a complete rebrand of the blog which has included changing the name, colours and what the focus of the blog will be. For those of you that have been reading for some time the website address www.vegetarianyogi.com will still redirect to the blog but you can now find me on www.sportsyogablog.com. There are a number of reasons for doing this but the main reason is to bring everything in line with my yoga business which you can find at www.kridayoga.co.uk.

So now on to the focus of the blog. I am actually a Yoga Sports Coach and work with a number of clients to support and enhance their sports performance with a tailored yoga programme. While doing that I have also been writing this blog and although I love it I have found that there are conflicts between the two business. So this blog will now run alongside my Yoga Sports Coaching business and offer a lot more advice on yoga and how to apply it in a sports environment.

I am also planning on including health and fitness tips which will include healthy recipes that can support sports performance. I really hope you like the change and get something out of it. If there is anything yoga related that you would like please feel free to message me or add comments to this post. If you have any topics that you would like me to cover then just add those too.

On a house keeping point, all of my social media has been updated but you can access all of it via the follow links at the top of the page. Stay tuned as I have a detailed yoga tutorials planned for my YouTube channel that will be coming out over the next few months.
